VBS is a time honored tradition at TLC where kids are taught about God's love and of Christ's sacrifice for them.
Youth and adult volunteers as well as the kids are all enriched by this experience.

Kids and adults alike share in this Halloween tradition in the safety of the TLC parking lot as cars are dressed up and trunks full of treats are opened up to hungry little masqueraders.

Growing Relationships Around Christ's Example
Nothing says Family Reunion more than a good meal. For $5 a family your family can break bread with the larger family of Christ and share in Christian fellowship.

Are you a Treasure Hunter?
Every September TLC hosts a rummage sale to raise money for God's kingdom, which includes donating proceeds to the Third Avenue Charitable Organization (TACO).

Weekly worship centers us:
TLC offers a traditional style worship service for those who prefer conventional worship and the beloved time-honored hymns. Worship is often accompanied by a singing choir and a bell choir.

TLC offers a contemporary Growth & Outreach service for those who prefer a more modernistic flare. Music is upbeat and worship is more causual yet maintains the essential elements of worship.

Godly Play provides special instruction for kids during the contemporary GO service. Instruction focuses on relationship with God and Christ in the Montessori tradition.

TLC offers Sunday morning and mid-week worship during the seasons of Lent and Advent. Mid-week evening services are abbreviated and generally more solumn and reflective.

While classes, fellowship events, service opportunities, and seasonal celebrations offer countless ways to participate and feel connected:
Lutherans tend to be very Bible centric and TLC provides various times and venues to study the Bible. Including online and social media!

In the Lutheran tradition, 7th and 8th graders take part in a 2-year study program as they pass from childhood into adulthood as a member of the church.
Confirmands study the Bible and their faith to make their faith their own and to affirm the promises made on their behalf during baptism.

Dr. William Stephenson's career has been working with terminally ill children and their families. He is a member of TLC and uses his decades of therapy experience to help people deal with insurmountable or blocking issues in their lives.
Bill donates his time in his "Conversations" classes, leading discussions from his books.

The annual Easter Egg Hunt at TLC brings families together to celebrate the new life (represented by the egg) that Christ gives us through His death and resurrection.
Bring your kids so that they too can can celebrate new life in God's kingdom!
