A Place to Grow Together

The TLC Community Giving Garden, established in March 2008, is a vibrant and welcoming space located at the back of the church property. This 34-plot organic garden is thoughtfully divided into three areas: communal plots, individual plots, and a special garden just for children.

Sharing God’s Abundance

Rooted in a spirit of generosity, a portion of the harvest is shared with outreach organizations throughout the San Diego region, including Third Avenue Charitable Organization.

Learning and Fellowship

Throughout the year, the garden also serves as a place of learning and fellowship, offering opportunities such as educational gardening, composting, and children’s programs like Little Gardeners on Friday mornings.

Chain Gang

The Giving Garden is made possible through the hands and hearts of our church community—and our Chain Gang helps keep that spirit of service growing! These two ministries work together to care for our church grounds, maintain the garden, and create welcoming spaces where our congregation and community can gather, serve, and grow together.
