The Staff Support Committee of the congregation is established by the church constitution and bylaws to assist and support TLC Staff with administrative or other tasks.

There are exactly six members of the Staff Support Committee which are appointed jointly by the President and the pastor(s). The term of office is two years, three members to be appointed each successive year. Committee members can hold no other office in the congregation during their term.

There are no explicit charges or responsibilities of the Staff Support Committee. Duties are implicit and established on an as-needed basis to help TLC Staff in their roles or to satisfy policy requirements. Examples could include:

• Data entry
  
• Money counting
  
• Clerical tasks
  
• Computer work
  
• Audio/Visual equipment operation
  
• Worship preparation
