The Sundays of Advent invite us into a season of hope and preparation. Through Scripture, prayer, the lighting of the Advent wreath, and Holy Communion, we prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ and reflect on God’s promises of peace, joy, and love.  Today we light the first two candles on the advent wreath.
