7th/8th Grade Confirmation of Baptism

A long standing tradition and rite of passage as children grow into adulthood and affirm the promises made for them at their baptism.

Seventh and eighth graders embark on a 2-year program with Pastor Vadis to create Christian relationships, learn about their faith and grow to understand the theology of the Protestant Reformation as lead by Martin Luther.  Upon graduation, confirmands assume for themselves their own faith as they confirm their baptism and begin an adult life of conscious Christian living.
