The Director of Fellowship of the congregation is established by the church constitution and bylaws.

This elected position on the Congregation Council oversees all aspects of promoting Christian fellowship within the congregation.

Primary charges include responsibilities such as:

• Maintain the importance of a profound fellowship among all the people of this congregation.
  
• Seek ways and means to give meaning to the great actions of the Gospel - reconciliation, redemption, forgiveness, freedom, love and service.
  
• Plan fellowship experiences for the members of this congregation.
  
• Ensure that people of all ages, races, conditions and backgrounds feel comfortable and needed in our fellowship.
  
• Preside over the Fellowship Committee.
  

The director should be reliable and dedicated and have a love for the blessing of fellowship and communion in the Body of Christ and be willing to learn about ways and means to effectively communicate Christian love and concern for the entire membership of this congregation.
