The Fellowship Committee of the congregation is established by the church constitution and bylaws and is presided over by the Director of Fellowship.

The purpose of the Fellowship Committee is to advise, help and support the Director of Fellowship who oversees all aspects of fellowship by providing input and helping plan and run fellowship events.

Primary responsibilities of the director (supported by this committee) include:

• Maintain the importance of a profound fellowship among all the people of this congregation.
  
• Seek ways and means to give meaning to the great actions of the Gospel - reconciliation, redemption, forgiveness, freedom, love and service.
  
• Plan fellowship experiences for the members of this congregation.
  
• Ensure that people of all ages, races, conditions and backgrounds feel comfortable and needed in our fellowship.
  

Members of this committee serve in an advisory capacity and have no official say or vote on the Congregation Council; although, members can research issues, discuss and make recommendations to the director to take to the Congregation Council for vote, authorization or to make policy. Members of this committee generally assist the director as needed and appropriate.
